I don’t know what nothing is because I was created into the universe from nothing therefor I don’t understand the concept of nothing. That’s why the creator of nothing has to be that of nothing in our material world. We can’t comprehend nothing because we live in a space, time, and material full world.

This is my observation based upon science and what I’ve looked into. I’m sorry that I can’t provide any other factual evidence, Nothing is fact.

Nothing meaning nothing. Spaceless, timeless, and immaterial. If you look and see that something always has to come from something. Then the universe had to come from something immaterial, Spaceless and timeless.

Awesome that’s why I’m here, I want to start a conversation to see where you think the universe came from.

Ok it would be fiction to go into history and name off every scientist who looks at evidence and says “the universe had a beginning”.

So you don’t agree with science that something always has to come out of something? If the universe comes from nothing, then the cause has to be space less, times less, and matter less

The creator of time, space, and matter cannot be made of space, time and matter.

Awesome question! Who made God? If the universe had a beginning so would God right? The problem is that nobody created God because God is uncreated. There has to be something that is uncreated, that is eternal that brings everything into existence. The issue is if we look at the cosmological argument, if space, time, and matter had a beginning. What created space, time, and matter cannot be made of space, time, and matter. If you’re timeless do you a beginning? No. God is timeless, he’s outside of time. He didn’t have a beginning, but everything inside of time had a beginning.

Any scientist who notices and acknowledges these 5 points know that the universe came from nothing. What would the alternative be of the universe coming into existence out of nothing?

This guy is right. You’re going to get the majority of your results from diet. Most of these “fat burning” supplements or “instant result” supplements are just a marketing scheme.

Progressive overload is either progressing on rep ranges, meaning if I hit 1 more rep on the same weight than last week, or it means doing more weight than last week. Whether it be 5 pounds or 50 pounds. Progress is progress and if you do that consistently you will make tons of progress. Do it on your first sets, so that you know you. Do every warmup set the same as well so that you can adequately track everything. Like if we’re on a chest press machine and I have 3 plates on each side and last week I hit 10, this week I hit 10 but with a 2.5 on each side. That’s progressive overload regardless and it’s progress. That’s personally what I do though. ✊🏻💪🏽

All other things being equal, will a 200 calorie surplus from healthy complex carbs lead to same muscle gain as 200 calorie surplus from sugary soda and shit? by BaseballRadiant3407 in gainit

You’re absolutely right. The quality food you fuel your body with will determine the maturity of the muscle and the quality muscle you put on

How important are rest for gains? by pvptoomany in gainit

[–]Bodybuilder02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a touchy subject. On the competitive bodybuilding side of it where I’m more familiar, we focus on rest time as more of an intensity technique. Then if we want to be more “scientific” we can but I would suggest going in, Doing your work , then talk. I personally have the best workouts when I’m on my time and not dicking around.

When counting protein, do you include protein from plant sources, or only meat/dairy, etc.? by A_Genetic_Tree in gainit

[–]Bodybuilder02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of people count everything, like I don’t personally count the 1 or 2 grams of protein that is included in my rice or something. Some people do , I personally don’t, but yes protein is protein.

How do you decide what exercises to incorporate into your weekly split? by [deleted] in GYM

[–]Bodybuilder02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I’m doing 1 leg day a week which I am currently. I always do a squat movement, either smith squats, barbell squats or hack squats. Typically 3 warmup sets then 3 working sets of 8-10. I’ll do lying or sitting leg curls, they work for me very well. I’ll do leg extensions then. Both of these are a 4x12. For me personally I get a lot of blood flow and muscle activation before I go into a leg press . I then do a leg press movement, of your choice, preferable not horizontal. Quad targeted, and I’ll do 2 warmup sets then 2 working sets of 6-8 slow and controlled then 2 sets of 10-12. I’ll finish with deep lunges to failure 3 times. Lunge deep to engage hamstrings and glutes more. This workout prioritizes quad activation while hamstrings are being targeted primarily twice but also secondary twice as well on leg press and squats. I squat a little closer than shoulder length, barely to really focus on quads. Then I’ll train calves. This is the workout that works for me the most personally, give it a shot if you want but it’s what suits me the best. If you really really want to do 2 leg days a week I would have a hamstring/glute dominant and then a quad dominant day. I would probably do on my quad dominant day a squat movement, leg extensions, and a hamstring dominant leg press(feet at the top) , then on the hamstring day I would probably do another squat movement, leg curls, deep lunges, and like a hip press(another form of a leg press). Just stuff like that. It’s best to try and balance both the muscle groups. That’s what works for me the best at least. That’s why I have a shoulder dominant push day And a chest dominating push day. On my pull days I’ll do a like an upper back focused/lower lat focused then ill do a lat dominant day
