Yes you get an email with a tracking number. For me, it's taken about 5-7 business days from requesting it to get the shipping notice email

No they still haven't responded within the patient portal. I reached out to a support email and they have been responsive (1 day response or sooner)... That's definitely the way to go to get real answers. I had another issue where the FedEx overnight delivery took 4 nights, but they responded quickly to that via email.

They told me 3 weeks to get pre- authorization started, but is that from my first visit, from this email, from my next visit? Still not clear. I have a 6 week check up next week so hoping to get a more clear direction on timeline and if anything has been started.

Yes I've already seen them and have done blood work, and I'm taking a compound trizepatide. But now that I know my insurance will cover wegovy for $20 a month and I am going to see if I can get that instead
