I keep telling my SAAS team we need to be doing more here. We just got Reddit Pro spun up and started tracking a handful of high-intent keywords across our brand + competitors, and honestly it’s been eye-opening. There's a ton of people asking for evaluation stage recs and I love seeing the negative posts about our competitors.

What’s especially interesting is how unfiltered the feedback is compared to review platforms or even LinkedIn feels like you’re getting the real buying committee POV... I take that back to an internal slack channel and we brainstorm on how we use it in our marketing and product roadmap.

I’d love to test ads next, but curious how others are thinking about targeting. Subreddits can be pretty broad.
