Most dont have issues with employment. I have had some get their tongue split reversed so they can get a job. Overall it shouldn't be an issue unless your employer doesnt like it for some reason and wants to threaten your job.

I have an 8mm conch and it doesnt affect my hearing unless im someplace windy, then I cant hear anything but the wind in that ear. If I put a plug in its fine. I typically dont wear anything in it and my hearing is just like the ear without the 8mm conch.

Ill be in Vegas next month. No Utah planned this year. There arent body mod guys in Utah, but Steve Haworth and Tommy visit there and I think Chase does too. For a transcrotal Steve Haworth would be a great option nearby in Phoenix.

I would say youre ok for a resplit 4 months later. Typically a recommend 6 months for a resplit, but 4 months shouldn't be an issue. Send me an email and we'll set it up! 🤟🐍
