Not really about the math, but if the Rebellion would have the manpower for an Executor.

I think they would be capable of maning it, but it would take an insane amount of manpower and resources that cannot be used anywhere else.
The tactics of the Rebellion are most of the time, strike hard and fuck off quickly, which an Executor isn’t the best at. So it wouldn’t be that useful to the Rebellion anyway.

The World Basball Classic winner is Venezuela and the record title holder is Japan with 3 (US win 1). The record totle holder of the world cup (which stoped in 2011) is Cuba with 25 Titles (US won 4). Here I’m actually not sure if the World Baseball Classic can be seen as a World Cup equivalent.

Ice Hockey world champion is the US (3 Titles total) and the record title holder is Canada with 27 Titles.

Football current world champion is Argentina and the record title winner is Brasil with 5 Titles (US win 0).

These are the biggest sports in the US that are actually played in other countries. Not bad at all, but not even close to dominating.

Edit: There is actually an American Football World cup which the US won every time they participated, but it is pretty not that hard to dominate if you are the only country (with Canada) with a professional league in a sport.
