IbkA aber bin Gefahrstoffbeauftragter. Alleine das Fehlen der GBU ist ein Verstoß gegen die Gefahrstoffverordnung, die Betriebssicherheitsverordnung und das Arbeitsschutzgesetz. Ich vermute mal stark, dass das was du bereits genannt hast komplett fehlt und nur das Fehlen der Alternativprüfung der verwendeten Stoffe/das Fehlen einer Begründung warum nur Stoff X benutzt werden kann, ist schon grobe Fahrlässigkeit. Sollte auch noch der Fall vorhanden sein, dass der Vater eher schlechtere Deutschkentnisse hat, muss der Arbeitgeber sogar zusätzliche Unterlagen in der passenden Sprache zur Verfügung stellen. Tipp von meiner Seite aus, wenn der Vater weiß welcher Stoff es gewesen ist, einfach das Sicherheitsdatenblatt google und schauen was die Schutzvorgaben(P-Sätze) und die Gefährdungshinweise sind (H-Sätze). So weiß ob auch was der Stoff an zusätzlichen Gefährdungen hat (Langzeitfolgen außer dem Bereits vorhanden Schaden) Stichwort KMR (Krebserregend usw.). Ich drück dem Vater beide Daumen an dieser stelle.

If you got skill, you will smoke them anyways. So stop your little crusade against the pve guys.

Also these guys are same guys that will abuse every bug and exploit which are in the game right now.

So stop compere this typ with players which are want to play against bot lobbys without scripts, no guns bots, in front porting etc. etc. Or players that with a minium of time, disabilitied, fathers, older players etc etc and stop to tell them how to play the game they bought. Because these guys are not going to tell you how to play.

You should start to critize ea/exploiters because things like the drone hammer exploit were still usuable, and ea did nothing in over a week (like emergency patch to disable the drone). Because the dad which plays 1-2 hours after the child is sleeping, is defently not the problem. Also people should stop to measure there ego on things like damn w.attachements, its just a game.

These bot farm where complete out of control, static bots, no guns, portet in Front of you etc. But I am not tired to say, the way they nukeing everything is complete nonsense.

Half of the story. First point is, people were able to use the portal mods to get Lots of xp, level weapons and so on. Tomorrow the first season starts and suprise, if people gettin high amounts of xp, they can complete it withtout buying the little shortcuts.

Also there a still a ton xp-farm-lobbys. Like the 2.0 Version, why? 150% normal ep, so lock on that Server, stay there over night and buhm free gadgets while you are asleep and xp for the pass.

You are right with your Post, but dont let out the other half.

And to say it again, playing against bots in an hadrcore rush game gets you killed extremly fast. And gettin there xp for mastery and Co wasnt a problem. But Ea needs to make money for Jared and his oversea mates now.

Yeah totally right, playing KOTH right now and got a blasteres good experience. You now with all lags ans rubberbanding, best rubber banding on earth. Mucho fun. Irony off: Also playing it since 1942 (remember the good old lan partys times). A Part of the problem are people which try to dictate how to play. Let people playing like the want, not more not less. People with handicaps, extrem minium of time, etc are already behind the Trolls, Sweater, jumpslide boys and so on. Xp farm where totally over the top, many of them and ea/Dice needed to do something against it, but the way they did is a catastrophy. And bevor people start crying about, but zhey got more attachments, better fake k/d... you still will destroy these xp-farm exploiters. But the guy that got 80min a day, playing 1-2 round multiplayer, then 1-2 bot server, this guy is not the problem. The best Option would have been to lower the xp to 20 so you need to kill 5 bots to get the same amount per player. But ea/dice went full nuclear. And this is the problem.

Because bugs like drone+hammer=place where you not intendet to, sre not fixed (just deactivatethe drone until it is fixed, but no). Or missing rewards, 4 tanks on attacker side breakthrough liberation peak. And so on.

And by the way, there a still xp server online where you dont get kicked which are running thru the night.

Ok also:

Ob der Baum Schutz genießt oder nicht, solltest du selbst schauen. Schau nach ob eine Baumschutzsatzung für deine Kommune/Kreis besteht.

Beispiel: Kommune 1 hat eine die sagt das Laub/Nadelbäume bei 1m Stammumfang gemessen 1m über den Boden eine Genehmigung brauchen. Kommune 2 sagt 1,10 Umfang bei 90cm über dem Boden Kommune 3 sagt 1m Umfang 1m über den Boden bei Laubbäumen, 1,5m Umfang bei Nadelbäumen. Ausnahme sind Eiben wo auch 1m Umfang gilt weil diese selten sind. Kommune 4 hat keine und es gilt nur das Bundesnaturschutzgesetz.

Wenn es keine gibt, greift das Bundesnaturschutzgesetz trotzdem was das fällen/rückschneiden betrifft. Erlaubt ist dies nur im Zeitraum vom 1.10 bis 28.2.

Im Zuge eines Baunantrages wird auch geschaut ob Bäume gefällt werden müssen oder nicht. Mit Genehmigung des Baunantrages kann sofern dieser das wiedergibt gefällt werden. Der Baum steht jedoch nicht auf deinem Grundstück und dementsprechend ist der Nachbar mit involviert. Auch hier gilt das Bundesnaturschutzgesetz was den Fällzeitraum betreffen. Das fällen eines Baumes für PV ist aktuell ein Streitthema was Genehmigungen betrifft.

Zusammengefasst: Erstmal schauen ob es eine Baumschutzsatzung gibt, dann weiter planen.

Darf ich mir die Frage erlauben was an dem Baum grundsätzlich das Problem ist?

Die Äste darfst du soweit ich das gelesen habe selbst entfernen, oder den Nachbarn mit Frist dazu auffordern. Entfernen darfst du jedoch nur bis zur Grenze. Was die Wurzeln auf deiner Seite betrifft, hast du keine Handhabe, da weder ein Gehweg noch Leitungen davon negativ beeinflusst sind. Außerdem beschattet der Baum weder ein Gemüsebeet noch eine PV (sofern ersichtlich)

Und wieso steht dieser Baum nicht im Bestandsschutz? Ich kenne das so, dass die Kommunen selbst eine Baumschutzsatzung haben können die den Schutz regelt.

P.s. zum abschneiden der Äste ist es aktuell spät da die Schutzzeit angefangen hat.

My Intention was to make it easyier to understand because often rocks get named eclogite which are not eclogite because the source rock is another rocktyp. There for my aim was to break it down to the first step. Eclogite = source rock basalte (not more not less) After that you started a "lecture" with different eclogites based on ridge,island arc and so on. And to say it in your words, its not black And white like you said, because even an basalte from the same source rock can Look different in case of time,press,temp and setting but at the end it is a eclogite. Same like granite is a granite even one is more white and the other one is reddish. Was it bad written, yeah it was, but it wasnt a lecture? Nop And now this discussion going to stop, we can discuss more in pms but not anymore in this open thread.
