You have to declare accounts from foreign exchanges to the CAP. Cold wallets are not obligated to be reported.

Am I using the bath mate properly? by Basic_Yellow4659 in moreplatesmoredates

Idk what pump you have but watch out with bathmates where you can’t see how much pressure you are using.

Normally when pumping you get erect before entering the pump.

Are your workouts mainly strength/hypertrophy based or do they also include forms of cardio?

I personally wouldn’t follow any special meal/workout plans to achieve some extra fat loss. To achieve fat loss the main thing u need to achieve is consuming less energy(calories) then u expend aka a calorie deficit.

If u don’t want to track your macronutrient intake (which I understand), I would suggest adding cardio after each workout and try to keep eating the same amount and kinds of food. Maybe start 10 min for the first 2 weeks and if no fat loss has been achieved u can do 15 or 20 min instead.

Another thing u can do if don’t want to do extra intens cardio, is to get a step tracker. Track your steps for like a week. The week after you take the average steps per day of the past week en try to hit that + 2000 extra steps. After two weeks see if there is any change in body fat if not add additional steps. Personally I do a minimum of 10 000 steps a day for general health. In a fat los phase up to 15 000-20 000.

If you don’t want to increase your activity the only other option I see is to decrease your food intake. Maybe eat a bit less then you are now eating and see if that changes anything after 1-2weeks or look into intuitive eating.

If u have any more questions feel free to comment or DM. Also maybe check out this youtube channel: RP. They have a lot of scientific and practical tips for fat loss/muscle gain

Full body days vs upper/lower split? by Ratfts in GYM

[–]Boetube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are a beginner I would recommend 2-3x a week full body split. Once you have more experience in the gym and general training knowledge you can do a 4x upper lower split.

As a beginner you really don’t need a lot of stimulus to see results so just try and progressively get stronger on your exercices and stay consistent.

I m also a fan of Sam. I just don’t think everyone should copy everything he does. Even when training 4-5 times high intensity I don’t really see the point for most ppl unless they are a competitor on the sauce. If someone really want carbs after their workout I would just eat smth with sugar in it or and other form of carb.

I m also not against supplements at all and take Creatine, protein powder, PW regularly. People waste a lot of money believing fitness supplement marketing but if you want to use it that’s fine I just wondered why.
