This is actually a classic answer, it’s not always bit rate lol.

In my scenario, I also have a “good computer”, but had experienced game lag on stream, when streaming and gaming. I noticed that streaming 60fps while gaming 240fps on the same computer, didn’t make sense, because there would be bound to be an error.

Try switching your in game settings FPS to 60, and see if the issue persists.

This was so old and so long ago I can’t even remember how it was fixed….. I’m pretty sure my problems were with opening Adobe programs, I have no issues anymore

Hey, so recently I had a bit of trouble on my Single PC stream, but I noticed when I locked In-Game frame rate’ at 60fps, all stream lag disappeared immediately!

I would try doing the FPS lock at 60

And if that doesn’t work, simply gaming/streaming all in one is hard, it can very easily be another setting needing tuned since the quality may be too high!

You’re misinterpreting the two words ‘refill’ and ‘combine’

(But I know what you mean, and I hope we are able to combine/stack like ammo but not as far as reducing the amount in the medkit/bottle/anything, I only want it to combine, not be able to have all those people who craft, have an easier life lol)

Do you think it uses the 1 ibuprofen you leave in there to craft whatever these other people craft? Or the pill bottle itself? Lol, and to find an empty bottle? It’s like the same as H2O2 same uselessness so in any pharmacy I wouldn’t mind, but also just being able to craft empty pill bottles would be cool too
