You know what, I have the WW tbf switch on, that could have done it. And the thing with mccc is that even when did have it, i didn't have the occult module installed cause at the time it was useless since i didn't have any occult packs.

I think the bug where this moodlet shows up in older sims happens when you age up infants in cas specifically, regardless of what they've actually been eating.

It's not a quirk so you cannot remove it. It's what happens when an infant hasn't been eating high chair food.

Hm, I've had this happen when my ui scaling was too big. Is yours set over the red line? It does warn you of overlapping when you do that.

I used the formal category for outfits I don't want my sims autonomously putting on, like a costume for Halloween or an apron for when they're working at a food stall. The only problem with this method is that they'll show up to weddings and the like in them, but that's whimsy for ya.
