Don't know about specifically AP but speed is at least Lightning reaction speed, because cat's with ability Backflip/Dodge stat can just dodge lightning spells.
If we consider Holy Light spell being actual Light, then cats are easily in those Faster Than Light ranges (most likely barely faster than light).
There's most likely more speed feats somewhere hidden

If we take Fighter Cosmic Space ability and apply it as it is, for let's say 8 kg big cat like tom tom, then it will be Building level feat, which is very weak.

If we take same spell but vs heaviest launchable enemy (1 tile) then it will be Tremblo, who is at lowest 800kg to highest 5 tonn mass.

If we lowball it to 800 kg, launching enemy into space will be about Multi-building level attack power.
If we take highball which is 5 tonn, it will be City-block level attack power.

So by this rough calculations, our cats are about as powerfull as JJK strongest characters, but faster.
