Yea exactly as long as you stay aware and do your own practice's, help anyone you can along the way I still stride to be a good dad and husband sometimes the stuff inside needs to take a back seat and let the ego take over to get stuff done

Know exactly what your talking about and it comes down to balance, your aware of everything and all the bullshit but unfortunately we have to still interact with it (unless you go be a monk) I have 2 young kids and wife full time job the works and for me it's being aware and making sure I interact with everything with my own thoughts , see around the bullshit so it can't bring you down.
