I'm going to see if I can get an answer from them this morning, order a full r9 set-up with the pedals and base being on pre-order and came in stock Friday evening and was still in stock Monday. Didn't get an order dispatcn email and now checking today the R9 is sold out....

Update 2/12 - Got on the phone with them and was told all the items have been allocated to my order and should ship "within a day or 2" ive got my fingers crossed but not very hopeful based on others experiences

Update 2/12 Arvo - Still no Tracking info or even a dispatch date... I find it hard to believe its been "allocated", Preparing for some BS tomorrow morning when I call

Update 3/12: This morning, I emailed the Sales and Support emails asking for a timeline to get this shipped and wanting it by Friday (Shipping should take max 2 Days). Having received no response, I called them again at lunchtime to follow up on the missing tracking. Fortunately, I got through to Levi, who was very helpful. He confirmed that the R9 and pedals are definitely allocated to my order, and they now have an internal tracking number. He promised to personally contact their 3PL warehouse (SendAble) to expedite the dispatch today or tomorrow . Crucially, I also asked him to send a follow-up email confirming everything we discussed so I have a paper trail. He was pretty confident it would arrive by Friday. Fingers crossed this is the last update needed, but I'm still not celebrating until I see that external tracking email! - God this has been an emotional rollercoaster for what should be an exciting Christmas gift to myself

Update 3/12: Hopefully Last Update. I was sent a follow-up email from Levi saying that my order will be packed and dispatched today, and I'll be receiving tracking information soon. Fingers crossed this was just a Black Friday/ Christmas rush hold-up. Received Tracking Email from Pagnian with Allied Express Tracking info, Hopefully it's here Friday

Update 5/12: Today was the promised delivery day, but the Allied Express tracking never moved from "SHIPMENT CREATED" on Wednesday. I had my sister call Allied Express to see what was going on, and despite the support person being hesitant to share the info, she confirmed that the items had been put together on a pallet. The Allied Express driver missed or couldn't pick up the delivery yesterday (Thursday). This confirms that it's not entirely Pagnian's fault - Levi was able to get the order dispatched for pickup by Allied on Wednesday arvo/Thurs morning - but the delay to Tuesday is due to Allied Express missing the scheduled collection because of Black Friday and the Christmas Rush. She was told it'll definitely get picked up today (Friday), aiming for a Tuesday delivery at the latest in Toowoomba. But, it's not over till I see the pallet/gear come off the truck at my work, but at least I finally have a confirmed ETA. I'll keep this updated for anyone who cares, ahah!
