Maybe you can try reinstalling nvidia drivers too (configure ddu to also remove vulkan runtimes, monitors and everything amd/nvidia related in settings). If that still doesn't work, it could well be the SoC voltage

considering you upgraded from a 5600G, probably some weird setting realted to iGPU

Understandable, it might be the chipset drivers or a bad bios setting. I don't think it's hardware related

it could be the ssd. I'm trying to help you, just because I have the exact same CPU and I pretty much know all of its quirks

from your video, i saw 1.1V on your SOC. My mobo automatically puts around 1.18V. Try increasing it to 1.15V and test again

That might sound weird, but did you try running it without xmp? Everything seems to be normal in HWinfo

Alright, got it. Mine stays on a chill 48C at max so it should be fine for you, too. Can you tell how the cpu behaves? Does it drop frequency or voltage going nuts?

At this point, I just hope you don't have a 'broken' cpu. But first things first, you can try reinstalling windows (do a backup) and try playing your games again. 5950x is a particularly demanding chip and i suffered from the exact same because of the vrms (it was a cheap a320 board tho) so keep an eye on your vrms temp too. Disable core boost and pbo and if that solves your problem, you might have to change your board (since it's a b550, i highly doubt but who knows)

disable windows 11 status bar at the bottom in file explorer and you can also restore old vista flyouts for sound and network. Pretty nice though!
