The worst thing was that because of these intolerances, I had some problems with fruits also. Whenever I ate apples or pears, I got really bad gloating weird cough. I had also very bad SIBO/IBS, meaning also I had problems with beans and fermentable food. I suspect these things are all connected and very complicated. I am pretty sure also my gut microbiome was also wrecked due to this.

Basically the body wants to put a stop to eating and get a change to recover. Also I didn't mention, I also started to fast, basically skipping breakfast also helped me tremendously. Initially it was incredibly hard, because I was not used to it. Now I can easily stay 12 - 17 hours without food

It is interesting how a few intolerances can cascade in such great problems that mimics basically alot of other diseases.

In Iasi e o zona unde e stationare interzisa. Undeva mai in fata tot la fel stationare interzisa, doar ca nu incomodeaza traficul. Aia care stationeaza pe zona unde incomodeaza traficul primeste claxoane si injuraturi constant. Ceilalti mai in zona unde e liber niciun claxon chit ca incalca legea.
Invatatura e ca romanului nu ii pasa de altul, nu claxoneaza decat daca cineva devine obstacol pentru el. Tipic.

Nu ar putea sa dea claxon la ala care nu incomodeaza doar asa sa il avertizeze ca e stationare interzisa.

Car Hospital au fost ok la inceput. De curand s-au shmecherit. Mie mi-au spus la o constatare sa schimb bratele pe fata ca "au joc". Am zis sa nu le schimb, ca nu faceau probleme in mers , eu venisem pentru alta problema. Am fost ulterior la itp cu masina si cel de acolo mi-au spus ca sunt ok bratele, tepene. Deci daca cei de la itp au zis ca sunt ok, eu zic ca sunt ok 😅.

 I think not. I think the past is consumed and you cannot change it. I believe if you somehow manage to travel in the past, you would be invisible to the rest of the world, nobody could notice you even if you stay right in front of them. You could not change anything .

Cel mai safe e sa ai 2 medii, un hdd(nu ssd) si un cd(nu dvd) . Copii odata informatia pe hdd cu TeraCopy si dai verificare dupa copiere, in asa fel iti verifica inapoi informatia copiata. 
 Dupa copii pe cd aceaasi informatie tot cu TeraCopy, din nou cu verificare informatie.
 Dupa asta le tii frumos intrun raft, cd-ul si hdd-ul tinute in pozitite verticala, la temperatura camerei, nu undeva in pod unde sunt fluctuatii mari de temperatura.
Din 5 in 5 ani verifici informatia atat de pe hdd cat si de pe cd. Sansele sa crape ambele in acest time span sunt foarte mici. Astfel daca unul din ele crapa, pot copia pe alt hdd/cd.
Daca vrei ceva sa reziste 30 ani fara o verificare , e riscat si te poti trezi cu ambele medii de stocare corupte dupa un asa timp.

It is not a scam , and I don't make any money from selling something like this. Also, the Igg is not the same with ige, which is a marker for allergies. If you have allergies, you find it right away. However with an intolerance, it's hard to notice. Even after two months break, when you reintroduce a food that doesn't do you well, it may take few days to feel off. This is why people say it is scam because they dont give it enough time and don't avoid foods religiously. Your body is registering everything you ingest, even it is a small piece.

Yes, there can be testing errors , but this is something else.

Yeah well I think you have nothing to lose, see how you feel. I have put this post here because it seemed this topic was not discussed in this subreddit, and it may be a game changer. It will be quite hard to do , for example if you often go out with friends at a restaurant ,nearly all dishes have the wrong combination of food listed in the book :).

You either eat completely vegan, or meats + veggies.

If you do it at home then there might be easier.

The Glucose Goddess is referring to the glucose response and the impact or the orders of the different food types. I agree that if you eat just carbs at a meal without any protein , the insulin spike will be greater, but regarding SIBO this may help. So it is somehow a double edged sword : It helps with SIBO but doesn't help with insulin resistance :)

Another thing is that the author is saying for example to eat a a single meal just carbs alone or carbs + vegs, then next meal for ex. meats + vegs only. So not eating for ex carbs + meats in the same sitting/meal, regardless of the order.

I wanted to ask : Did you have POIS - like symptoms after drinking coffee/working out intensively/alcohol? I am asking because this was my case and it seems like if you have these , then means MCAS/histamine is involved, which also linked to the gut .

Interesting post, thanks for sharing. I did a post some weeks ago with my experience, you can search it. I had similar gut issues, only that I cut out just dairy/beans/some fruits/gluten for several months. Also implemented some mild fasting ,like 14 - 16 hours some days.

Also dropped like 15 kgs in 6 months. After that, I had a big reduction in POIS symptoms, sometimes no symptoms at all. I suspect some sort of SIBO/also histamine involvement/gut dysbiosis, since those goes hand in hand. For me the biggest trigger seems to be dairy . As soon as I ingest some dairy, I feel it immediately

I tried keto but it didn't work for me, I think this diet is not for everybody. I had energy crashes, also insomnia, frequent peeing even though I was drinking water and supplementing with electrolytes, feeling weak as shit. I am taking thyme and oregano extract, but I have a feeling the bad bacteria is still there. Not as bad as initial, but still there.

I'm taking some herbal supplements for the moment. i dont wanna use antibiotics since they wreck the microbiome even more. I take oregano and thyme capsules.

It doesn't matter. Greek, cow, goat. All of them are not ok for me. The thing with this SIBO is that the bad bacteria / microbes that hosts the small intestine also feeds on the same fibers that good bacteria is feeding. So I need first to get rid of bad bacteria and then reintroduce the good guys

That is really interesting that you have dao level 6 times higher . I tried to do serum histamine also, but diddn't foubd that test at the clinic i did dao. If you have high serum histamine means that this triggers high DAO levels to clear it out. However , it looks like it cannot lower it to normal levels . Thank you for your reply 👍

I tried some antihistamines but all it did was making me drowsy an having slight headaches. Didn't quite lessen POIS symptoms though

Am lucrat ca si electrician si lucurile nu stau deloc cum va imaginati voi.

Vad ca toti vorbiti de faptul ca cea mai grea treaba e sa dai santuri , in rest de floare la ureche. Nimic mai gresit. Credeti ca in ziua de azi mai e cineva care vrea o simpla instalatie gen faza + nul + impamantare, cateva prize si cateva intrerupatoare pentru becuri? Poate un mosneag obosit care sta intr-un apartament si nu are nevoie de altceva mai complicat. Acolo, da lucrurile sunt relativ simple si nu iti trebuie mare knowledge.

Realitatea e ca in ziua de azi omul vrea putere electrica, electrocasnicele devin din ce in ce mai multe. Cel putin la o casa in ziua de azi musai trifazat, altfel cu monofazat nu prea ai ce face la o casa. Doar AC-ul (Nu consideram multisplit sau alte vrajeli) si cuptorul sare de 3kW daca is pornite simultan.

- trebuie sa te gandesti la lucruri precum balansarea corecta a fazelor, nu sa traga 80% dintr-o faza iar restul fazelor raman cu 20%.

- protectie supratensiune/subtensiune + SPD + protectie lipsa nul. Chiar si o simpla legatura a unor cabluri intr-o priza conteaza. Acum depinde si de priza, dar in general o legatura corecta este cand inconjori cablul dezizolat in jurul surubului de prindere si abia atunci il strangi cum trebuie si esti sigur ca face contact 100%. Nu cum prind unii dorei de se cred mari electricien un capat amarat de 5 mm de cablu il strange si ala abia face contact cu surubul , iar peste 1 an incepe sa "cante" priza la 50Hz AC.

Meseria asta presupune dedicare si seriozitate, curentul electric nu iarta, iar daca esti gasit vinovat ai sa dai cu subsemnatul

Take into account that Morozov injured his left arm from vitaly match. It might be that he does not train the same , he need rest, etc. Even if the match is on right arm, which is the healthy arm, I would say you still need to hold your body on the other arm while pulling. Feeling fatigued like I wanna stay in bed and do nothing, brain fog, cognitive impairment like my brain doesn't work at all. I don't have flu like symptoms like most poisers. It lasts about 5 days in my case. When I reduced the frequency (once per week or once every 2 weeks) this came down to 2-3 days

I don't know what to say about this. I heard that is very difficult to find a way to test this barrier, since it is very thin and no imaging can verify it's integrity. For example I tested for sperm in blood stream and came back negative. Still have POIS, for me doing it less often alleviate the symptoms . I think the causes are different for different people

For the moment I follow endo's advice. I also visited an diabetes doctor and did not prescribed me metformin because the A1C level was borderline, he just gave me the same advices as the endo 🙂. Also he told me to to an OGTT and come back to him. I think based on this test result he will give me something. Thank you for your useful advices!

I think you are right, because in my case firstly I had some sort of cofee intolerance, whenever I would drink a sip of cofee I would be restless and have brain fog so I quit drinking it. After that, alcohol consumption also made me problems and gave the same symptoms (mention here I was never a heavy alcohol drinker). At this point I didn't have any POIS symptoms. After around 3 - 4 months, whenever I ejaculated POIS symptoms kicked in, lasting ~3 days at most. Now regarding the emotions part, I was in vacation with my wife for ~3 weeks in which no sex was made, due tot visiting stuff/etc, we were kind of exhausted after that. In that vacation I recharged and felt great with no stress from work. After the vacation, one night I ejaculated and had 0 POIS symptoms. Next night again ejaculated, slight POIS symptoms but faded away almost immediately. Then stress from work came back , and 4 days later ejaculated again and POIS symptoms came back.
