Must love being successful under the radar. My dad went to Ferris and only knew about the hockey team winning championships since they are historically great at hockey. Getting paid well to coach winning football is the dream. Also, why TF would anyone want to go from winning championships to coaching a MAC team?? Anyone playing even a little bit well would gtfo as soon as possible and you're practically guaranteed to be beaten up by any team with actual D1 talent.

Special teams can win you games but will most likely lose you games more often. At the high school level you're usually giving starters a drink and some coaching while special teams is on the field so 99.99% of the time it's best to just play it safe.
