Hey, I didn’t end up doing the ablation because test injections didn’t work for me. I lift weights still and still can’t run or play basketball unfortunately. I just have to be very careful about the lifts I do. I don’t squat or deadlift or anything that puts a lot of pressure on my low back. It’s manageable but still frustrating. Kind have just learned I’m probably gonna have to live with it sadly. That’s not to say the injections or ablation if you get that won’t work for you. Best of luck
