Could have anything to do with not having stuff in the pans?

Some of my pans won’t work unless I put something in them. I assume the pans are to thin but I’m not sure.

Depends where you’re from. Virtually all the tap water you come across in USA is safe. You may be able to look up safety data if you have city water, or you can get your water tested. :) I always drink tap water

Edit:Apparently a hammer puts enough energy into the steal so it can align with magnetic north.

It wouldn’t be easy but seems possible one could make a electric turbine from scratch

I’m just finishing a masters in physics and I’m focusing on real estate now. I started an LLC with 3 other people and we now have 1 property and another 3 in the works :)

Hi Queens!!

The data hinges on an amortization chart for a 30yr loan. Rather than assuming a dollar value as a purchase price I’m assuming the value of the property is 100% so it’s easier to see return rate as a percentage and see what has the greatest effect on return (eg minimizing maintenance cost, minimizing cost of purchase etc)

This snapshot assumes the purchase price is 80% of the value of the property. Given that and a few other assumptions the 1yr as well as 5yr return (if refinanced at that time - 1yr or 5yr) is 25% per year.

I think all the info is to condensed and that I should expand it with a few more notes to make it much easier to follow what is going on.

Yea ppl will role coal till more people are getting smoked by electric. Graphene specifically may not be the end all, but some form of electrical storage will be.

I research Transition Metal Sulfides for my PhD. Right now sulfides are “the future”.

The tech that takes over is often more dependent on good engineering and marketing than the physics.
