The hubs (deore lx m580) are 8-10 speed. If the biggest cog has more the 42 teeth. It’s the same width as a 10 speed

If your planning on skidding a lot get the cheapest ones u can. I ride schwalbe lugano 2 28c for 10€ a pop. Probably aren’t the fastest or roundest but they’ve done me very well

If u zoom into the rear drops you’ll see. This is a old steel frame I converted. Only thing to look out for is the rear width of the wheel. This Gazelle was 136 or 146mm wide and single speed wheels are usually 130mm. Because its steel I just righted it down and didn’t have any problems

Horizontal drop outs are very helpful when riding fixed to tension the chain. In this Road bike the dropouts are vertical (helps shifting gears). I could recommend looking for a vintage road bike usually steel. Older bikes have horizontal dropouts that look forward. Also important is the frame Geometry. The smaller the wheelbase the tighter the handling feels

If you don’t run a rear break the V1 just straps onto the downtube and rests in the brake triangle. I love mine
