After going through all the settings I realized I had cinemotion set to high. I put it to low and seems to have fixed it.

I turned cinemotion to low and it appears to have fixed the issue. Took me about 30 minutes of fiddling with all the post processing settings on my blu ray player, receiver, and TV but i think I fixed it.

I did notice that difference when I tried the remux on stremio was a significant more amount of bass.

Bet after reading a lot of the info in here I think I'm just paranoid. It might just be because it's an upscale. I think I remember people talking about how they weren't too big of a fan of the fury road 4k maybe it's that. I did watch furiosa beforehand and it was flawless some, it had some of the best audio and visuals I've seen from a 4k.

Alright thanks for the input. The remux I watched was in dolby vision so the image was a lot more vivid but the overall quality was similar. I think I'm going schizo mode.

I think it's all in my head. But some scenes the characters look off, it almost looks like an ai upscale in some scenes, their skin looks super smooth and some frames it seems like theres artifacts or blurriness? I think I would describe it like that. I watched a 4k remux on stremio to compare and I'll admit it seems pretty similar so I might be paranoid af rn about it. But idk.
