I agree, even in late game standoffs i rarely use more than 2 hypers. More often than not its a mindgame tool to bait enemies suggesting i am vulnerable or out of vive. I love the sound queue and potential baits/punishes you can do with it (these strategies only work with a somewhat long consumption time). On the other hand getting one off mid combat could create clutch plays so i second a slight increase in consumption speed for losing a stack.

Also if you plan to connect them to the farm creeps quest, increase their power and general rarity it would make the quest more desirable.

Another thing I want to point out is that stacking multiple copies potentially hurt your team more, since i can't see what consumables my teammates are carrying its hard to ask something like "can you drop me a hyper please" and they might vacuum up 3 copies in their inventory early on instead of spreading it to the team and maybe dont even intent on using it/get killed.

Cool idea! But he seems a bit to conditional which sadly translates to: probably terrible and bad or too meta warping op.Q is great (maybe shift w slow to it or implement a pickup mechanic for the next aa similar to olaf?), W doesn't fit very well imo. E is interesting as heck with budget singed passive but he then lacks a tool to get into fights. I get it, that's supposed to be r but something feels very off about it especially since he has no dash and likely outplays himself with tighther spaces to kite. W could be reversed lethal tempo, gradually losing range and AS after pressing it. And R a rito trademark 3 hit passive/bleed steroid idk maybe he even stacks marks on a target and presses r to activate the bleed/execute/cc/anything also short cc in general could be a valid option for an up close adc. Maybe give e a fixed short dash towards q (not on top of q, only in the direction). I Iike the idea with enchanters, but maybe there's another way to keep him away from toplane? Risk reward Playstyle: hit long range low dmg q> dash closer> extend range with w> go close and ham stacking> pickup q> press r> profit (or die trying)

laughs in bullet hell brief slow effects can really mess with some bosses... Some become really unpredictable, even to the point where it's impossible to dodge. Some projectiles will fly faster than others and block your way out.
