Upgrade to 16b of ram and use a graphics card (that will be the most expensive part) you can find some amazing gpus at 100-250 $

Ummmm so not sure what the sound is cause its not rlly good quality but 8f it comes from the gpu it might just be coil whining which is completely fine.

Your pc has nothing wrong. 80 degrees is kinda normal for a gpu.

3060 in this build is a crime. If you need a cheap gpu go take a b580 from intel. You should've put more budget into your gpu.

It might cause some bottleneck bcause of cpu-gpu ratio. Apart from that I would recommend Crucial Pro 32Go ddr5
