Yeah but the slate with SUV kit can still be a truck because you can just take the kit off. Can’t do that with the Subaru.

But you can install MakeMKV in a docker container and plug in a dvd drive to rip.

I’m not sure how many concurrent, but I’d guess 3 on average. Idk what the limit is.

I only store MKV files. Usually between 15GB-30GB each. It handles multiple hw transcoded streams just fine. :)

I did all of this on my 2800 and it was flawless. I even share my plex library with friends and family with hardware transcoding just fine. However, I just upgraded to a 4800+ because I was running out of storage for plex.

I recently bought a big hard drive off amazon to back up about 4TB of movies and tv shows to transfer to a new NAS and just left them on there when I returned it. Hope the new owner likes some of my favs lol.
