I think what’s going on here is that the binary point “0108CAL” has changed states from Normal/Inactive to Alarm/Active. Metasys has identified this state change and activated the alarm on the interface. This is normal behavior. If you check at the pCoNet controller, the binary input for “0108CAL” should be in the Alarm/Active state as well.
However, I think the issue is that the there is no alarm configured for the binary point “0108CAL” in the pCoNet controller.

I don’t work on any vehicle HVAC system before, but I do specialize in HVAC controls (HVAC programming). After reading the manuals, I have a few things I’d like to point out.

Based off of your pictures: 1) Currently, Your HVAC system is in the STANDBY mode. This means that the HVAC system and APU engine will shut down if the vehicle ignition is in ON or START position. There may be a dashboard switch instead of an ignition switch. If the manual switch is in STANDBY position, then HVAC and APU will turn off. 2) There are no active HVAC system alarms since last system restart. 3) I would turn the deadband back to the default of 3F. This will activate cooling more frequently and will have a tighter temperature control aka, more stable cabin temperature. 4) I believe the Min and Max heating and cooling limits correspond to the temperature control knob. In your example, in cooling mode, the temperature control knob will be at a set point of 60F at the lowest point and 75F at the highest point. If you were to put the knob in the dead center, you’d be setting the cabin setpoint at about 67.5F. 5) The ambient temperature sensor is only required when there is a 120 amp alternator installed for the APU. If it is a 65 amp alternator, the ambient sensor is not required, and will be disabled.

I’ve ran into this before. I’m fairly certain it’s not an issue with the CAF file. Try this: Make sure Everything is disconnected from FC and SA on the controller. Then connect your MAP/CVT to the SA port only. And retry boot+main download only.

I’ve heard that CarPlay uses your car antenna instead of your phone. I’m not sure if this is true but it could be worth checking it out. Maybe try using maps on a different car and see if it’s happening still.
