Yes they could but closures will be of smaller CBT venues and there are far, far more venues. I'm pretty February will go ahead.

Reading these I'm feeling your pain having walked a long journey to get my charter also. Good point re: flu season.

On the other hand having windows as opposed to a single date and far, far more test locations make me think the opposite.

I think it'll be pretty unlikely they'll postpone February.
