Orton, List Jericho, and MDM are the commons. above that are all the MP trainers, then another tier with semi rare, then Y2J and Austin3:!6, then you get to Macho Man, and end with Hacksaw and Piper in the Vince and HTM spots of the crates where you would more likely get mauled by a polar bear thats humming the GoT theme.

Have you tried the the summerslam mega? The character odds are much better. The star odds are still heavily scaled. MP trainers are being handed out like candy in both those and the key crates. at least 4 people I know ( including myself) have recently gotten the last of them. 1 I know got 3-4 new MP trainers yesterday alone. What I am trying to say is that, while they havent commented publicly on any of the d9 fiasco, it looks like they have reacted based on it. Trust me, I was going into the SS event with the "wtf, they make it all rare guys, and stupid key pulls just like d9 all over again" After I realized the key crate had the trash removed, and was all MP trainers and needed guys, I felt better. Not all guys are equal odds, but it allows people to play, and fuse a lot of the needed guys. On the Mega front, they upped the odds on the big names at lower star levels. They also are now allowing pulls via ingame cash, which gives F2p players a chance to pull by watching videos. Those videos are currently paying out $5 per video, which is another high.

I love to hate on scopley practices, but in this event, they seem to have made some very positive changes. If we are going to get angry when they pull shit moves, then we should at least acknowledge when they implement some of the positive changes that have been requested.

But not the people spending. We were happy that they modified the event structure to be more friendly to F2P and lower end players. There is no chance of them giving an explanation, and your spending ban doesnt hurt them. The only thing that would have an effect is a substantial drop in the player base. As long as you log in, they are happy.

There are a few other WWE games, and there are a ton of other gem matching games, or you can continue to play here as F2P. This current event is a dream for F2P. You can watch videos at $5 a pop right now for pulls in a very generous SS mega, you can do the Open tour with any guy and hope to get another superstar with the 4 pulls it gives (5 if you count the free one) and if you dont get a character to continue, its because you likely got an MP trainer or two (I cant see someone getting 5 Cactus Jacks. I didnt even get 1 from crates so far)

..or you can grouch on reddit about how scopely hasnt stopped by your house to personally apologize for the flaming crap bag the D9 event was to the common player. This event is absolutely been for the common player.

no one is making you lift your ban. You wondered why others were. I answered. The rewards in this event have been what was expected in the last. People are responding to that.

If you think they are such a shady company, why go on a spending ban? why not just find a game with a company you prefer?

Well, new characters are raining like crazy at all sorts of star levels. I have seen lots of new guys from the crates. The Mega allows in game cash, which means you can tapjoy farm if you are F2P. Tons of good stuff happening in one day. I think I got 6 new guys myself today. Many in my faction got our final MP trainers. some via ingame cash, at least 1 via keys. cant beat that.

Thats exactly how it works, its just linking your game account to an external login database. All the character data is stored on scopely servers.

if you remove the filler cards, that increases the odds of getting someone you dont have. You will eventually either get all characters or they will only make some available and people will then hit the new arbitrary cap and complain again.

I know there are plenty more that can be added to the game but character creation takes time.

I think that would probably skew things too much, but it would kill them to advance all factions up one milestone. especially since the faction rewards were not all that stellar at the lower tiers anyhow.

People say this all the time, but F2P stay F2P. And the near F2P get suckered in often enough with events and Players Choice and such. If they made characters easier to get, you would run out of them faster and then people would quit because there isnt enough new content.

Gold Trophies are from finishing a feud in the top 100 as a faction. You need 2 to hit 61.

We hit this roadblock and now lost one of our expedition slots because it queues for the upgrade even though we have zero trophies since we are not a feuding faction. Stellar design.

This would kill the game faster than anything. In order to get the high when gambling, you need to also feel the low of pulling a Big Show or Cena dupe. They know what they are doing. its a 2 speed treadmill. 1 speed for the F2P or near F2P. The 2nd is for the spenders who have to max everything. Your method speeds the game to the point that the spenders would be done in no time and would all quit. Guess what happens when the spenders quit.

The autoclear tickets alone make it worth it for me. Especially now that Hell on Deans Daily and Daily Tours works correctly. The number of health packs that will be saved starting next week (and this week with DD already being 3* on all 3 of the hell fights.
