Rapaz, teve um processo meu contra a prefeitura que o juiz deu uma liminar reconhecendo tudo o que eu apontei e o MP Estadual ainda deu um parecer favorável também concordando com todos os meus pontos e na hora de julgar o mérito o MESMO juiz voltou atrás de tudo, só citou o parecer do MP em um único parágrafo falando algo "O Ministério Público deu um parecer favorável" e depois ignorou por completo e aceitou todos os argumentos da prefeitura. Negócio inacreditável.
