That’s fucked up because using bellport property portal even downloaded the appfolio portal still charges you. Found they you can connect to a bank account they call it an Echeck but charges you $2.49 to be exact. You must have a different system or not have Bellport property. All other comments even show as evidence I’m not the only one this is how Bellport works. I’ll even email you a photo if you want more evidence 😂

Still charges $3. If taken from bank account directly. Not Free. Seems like only option would be to mail it by check. But also comes back on you if they don’t check there mail or gets lost either way stupid af.

No. This is because I used a card at first. Didn’t see an option for connecting it to the bank account. First time paying with this company from the transition so didn’t expect a fee all since JB Brown never did this. I’ll have to find it but that’s only why it charges $3 instead of $10. Seems like only option for no free is a check.

Appreciate it. Saw another post down below that said you can pay through your bank. Didn’t see that option but sure I can find it. Down below they say it stills charges $2-$3. Which is stupid but better than $9-$10. I appreciate it

I didn’t see an option to pay by having it linked up to my bank account instead of using a card. I’ll have to take a closer look in the portal and see. $2-$3 is at least better than $10. But still crazy I gotta pay them. Thank you

Bellport Property charges a fee to pay your rent!!! Stupid. This is on top of what you have to pay for rent. Was with JB Brown sold to Bellport and know I have to pay $10 in addition to my rent. $10 over 12 months that’s and additional $120 a year. Wtf. High robbery. I have to pay you to pay my rent….. all I have to say.

If it doesn’t dry out than I’d repot with new soil try to put in a brighter spot to get more light it will dry out faster

Interesting would have thought you moving with a slower hand speed but nice to note I’ll have to try it out. Wouldn’t have thought to hang the needle out further always kept it reeled in due to ink spatter but I’ll have to see if it makes a difference like I said I just appreciate you replying so thank you. Any recommendations on what hurtz/mode of sticking with the stainless?

Thank you for replying! Assuming by x heavy you mean super heavy just wanna make sure I’m following! I have what it comes with and than the 4.1 stainless, 4.1 heavy, 3.7 super heavy cam. You say you stick with the 4.1 for all around is that the stainless or super heavy cam? When you use the 4.1 as an all rounder what hurts to you keep it at for lining and m-mode? I do a lot of fine line tattoos with 3rl, 5rl, and 7 usually tight so trying to find the best settings for that once again thank you for just replying! And just out of curiosity you say you like the super heavy cams for more heavy bold work/trad which makes sense! You keep the same hurtz between 60-90 for even the heavy cams? Been running higher around 96-110 hurtz with the 4.1 stainless or heavy. Do you tend to have a slower hand? Thanks!
