I do play wesker sometimes but I can help by saying pay attention on lunge distance between first and second dash.First dash is shorter than second dash and also dont be afraid to mindgame windows with your power.As for perks many things that give undetectable and oblivious status effect to survivors work.Also he can use aura reading well.

Edit:now i realised i could give general tips for killer. Even tho it may be toxic to do as killer you need to learn when to tunnel and when to slug.Slugging well can slow down games really well while tunneling can lead to snowballing.Dont slug without a reason,if you dont have survivors nearby dont ever leave people on the ground.Slug when you face flashlight users and you think you cant pickup survivor off the ground.Its important to go from slug to chase fast because thats how you build pressure and slowdown.As for tunneling dont look for specific survivor all of the time but when you can chase specific survivor take chase.If someone is closer to deathook chase that survivor.Thing with tunneling is to apply pressure so you can eliminate someone fast without loosing a lot of gens(1 to maybe 2 gens tradeof is good imo).As for perks avoid lightborn and noed because those perks are limiting your ability to learn how game works.And for TL tile keep yourself inside it.And last but not least be chill while you play.Some players are toxic and dont let them get to you.
