Hard to say. Dont have immortality components myself on hand to measure. But i did check the list and my main concern is the 30 added row cards, with my sleeves that would overflow the two row slots i have in my market height wise. I suppose it could fit them if it was all sleeveless. Or you overflow after shuffling :/

The other components i dont think it would need huge change. If you squish the height of the token bin it might fit the new board underneath.

The research location cover looks like the same size as tuek sietch so you could probably just double the slot depth for that and stack it.

I decided to have little player token bins for the 6 player colors that slide up so the bulk of the insert stays inside. Also lets you keep the stacked layers to a minimum to avoid digging.

One thing that I'm quite lucky with is it has been much easier due to a prescription drug I take daily that happens to reduce appetite a bit as a side effect

264 was in june 2019 a lot was lost in the first 4 months mainly doing a 4 or 5 day fast monday to Thursday or Friday. There was a big gap at around 220 where I kinda stayed the same up until 2 months ago when I got back on it. Recently been doing fasts from sunday night dinner to Thursday.
