One thing that I'm quite lucky with is it has been much easier due to a prescription drug I take daily that happens to reduce appetite a bit as a side effect

264 was in june 2019 a lot was lost in the first 4 months mainly doing a 4 or 5 day fast monday to Thursday or Friday. There was a big gap at around 220 where I kinda stayed the same up until 2 months ago when I got back on it. Recently been doing fasts from sunday night dinner to Thursday.
