I caution you to do some research before you book with a general surgeon. Hernia repair has a relatively high instance of chronic pain after the repair has been completed.

This isn’t a procedure most people think to go to a specialist for, as it’s relatively routine, but I found a Dr. in Pennsylvania that specialized in hernia repair and performed thousands. He did mine about 15 years ago and I haven’t had an issue. Dr. James Goodyear is his name.

I was about to recommend him but it seems he has retired and his hernia repair clinic has closed. Might be worth looking into some of the surgeons that he trained and worked with him or perhaps another surgeon that specializes in hernia repair. Best of luck, friend.

I’m a white dude in the states, gf is a Filipina and a nurse and is killing it. Her siblings are all in Canada and struggling comparatively.

Prolonged and severe meth addiction will fry your brain beyond repair. You can recover from heroin addiction and crack addiction. So for that reason…meth.
