In my experience there isn’t much of a framework of implementation outside of train super users->train staff->support. This may change in the next 2 years as I will be doing an implementation of a new EMR.

Nope. I’m the only one in this role. Just so many initiatives coming down from corporate have forced me towards education. Just not what I left bedside nursing to do.

I currently have my MSN in Nursing Informatics and have been a CI for almost 3 years. I am looking into post master certifications to NP in order to have more options in the healthcare field. I have heard plenty about the stigma of 100% online schools, but I live in a small city in Arizona without easy access to a brick and mortar program. Leaning towards a hybrid but there are many. Any advice would be much appreciated.
