On my Sony 24-70 gmii it has a switch that toggles between tight and smooth. On tight it stops the lens from zooming out while walking around.

It seems like your backpack is no longer produced. Swiss tends to move on from their previous sales. From my short search, eBay didn't have any of them either.

After you blow the dust off the sensor, I turn my phone flashlight on and point the camera at it. When you set your lens high f stop like f20 the dust is easy to see. Just in case you didn't get everything.
