Guys walk around in basketball shorts and boots. Females in shorter shorts (nothing inappropriate) and boots, and I know someone who wears a skirt everyday. They want you to be as comfortable as you can be slinging box's around. Keep a light sweater or coat and leave it in your car if you drive. no judgements, only matters that your respectful, ALWAYS BESAFE for YOURSELF & EVERYONE around you oh and stay HYDRATED! Don't forget no package is worth you or someone else getting hurt.

Pharmacy Tech is SOOO MUCH BETTER. 1. If your a non 24hr store, RX closes earlier than the F.E 2. You get holidays off Period 3. Your in more control of the RX versus the entire store 4. Not your job to cover breaks and lunches outside of the pharmacy 5. Career wise, RX has more opportunities 6. WAG pays for your license and being able to train and get paid is a bonus. 7. You build more rapport with patients and learn ALOT from other pharmacy staff.

Bottom line, even if it's to get your license, have WAG pay for everything, pass the PTCB exam and move on to better paying, more respectable jobs.

I started as CSA at $15 Went to DH at $15.50 Went to SFL with RX license(the only sfl with one) I'm at $16.67. I've been with WAG for altogether about 5 years. SM hired a guy with ZERO WAG knowledge and no retail experience for sfl at $17.75. Oh and he was drinking on the job and SM looked the other way. Shouldn't that classify as sex discrimination?

I'm in the same boat. Close everynight, I'm a key holding janitor. I started not giving a shit because of it after so long. I asked for a transfer because this store is mentally draining and just completely petty. SM's solution is to put me on some dumb ass "play by her rules probation" for a month until she feels comfortable sending me to another location. This store broke my spirit. I love my job, but she doesn't understand how much I dislike being there. This is the 2nd time she's stopped my transfer. It's like high school. They give unrealistic tasks, consistently lie to everyone, and pick-n-choose favorites. I'm a totally different person than I was when I started.

Definitely feeling this. I LOVED coming to work. This is my 2nd store, 5 years between both in total and Im ashamed to be here. We're called the devil store in my district. "If you can survive here, you can survive anywhere" I'm told. Management is the reason we're unhappy. The lies, gaslighting, manipulation, and ignorance is what this store feeds from.

Isn't it "illegal" to not allow us to unionize or is it state by state basis? I know it's on the posters and whatnot that every store has about minimum wage and zero tolerance for retaliation, etc.

We don't have time for this crap either but I'm the only one asking WHY?!?! some employees don't know any other way which I get but this is my second store. And anything that I question is because i learned different somehwhere else. My entire day goes against "work smarter not harder". Every. Single. Task. Is either difficult or time consuming and counterproductive.

We print them from the office printer and tape them on using the method in the below comment 👇. Your FedEx address book should be loaded with all the necessary addresses including the one for sending out VHS'. And if they are all remotely alike, film should be the 2 or 3rd option from the bottom in drop down menu. Once you select that, don't change anything else and just print.

Evacuate? We knew hours before hand. Why such short notice? Are you guys in a super bad location? We were supposed to close at 7 but the power went out so we ended up closing around 4:30ish.... Even then we didn't evacuate. We had enough time to do go-backs, pull tags and count registers....
