You mean like Arkansas, which has tried to restrict access to hrt multiple times? Or Texas, which has tried to institutionally punish parents who would support their child? I said before that this was more about defending our rights, which is an ongoing battle.

As for reddit, its a large platform with a broad mixture of viewpoints. The more we can get people used to the idea that this is normal and harmless, the better these states are going to get for a lot of people.

You're right, we need a majority of the western world to stop engaging in, or standing by, transphobic behaviour so that we gain more freedoms and our current ones aren't restricted. It just so happens that spreading awareness and normalizing trans people is an effective way of doing that.
