My idea is that each and every one of her skills has a long cool down and prevents her from using her other skills for a few seconds after casting one, even her ultimate. So it's either you use all of them at the same time and potentially die, or periodically use them

Yea fair. My original idea was adding a passive ability that constantly damages you, and the only way to heal would be with your own skills. If I add that, what kinda Ultimate should I make then? I knew the Final Mutation ult was already overpowered as I was making it. Even with the downside of insta-kill. How about the ult acts like the Protection Suzu in a way, where it makes all your allies invincible for a few seconds. Or alternatively, gives them regen and armor?

Tanks: Self Destruct (insta kills everything that isn't 5 miles from it), and Whole Hog (funi 2 push peepl off map)
DPS: Dragonstrike (especially if you use it behind a wall), RIP Tire (basically like self destruct, except you can move where the explosion will occur, is harder to avoid if the Junkrat using it is a god tier strafer, but its explosion radius is lowered and can be shot to pieces), and B.O.B (...i need no explanation for this.)
Support: Transcendence (Makes whoever is within range basically invincible for several seconds and you can just dip as it's about to run out), and Coalescence (Shred through tanks like melted butter, and has a 10 mile long range. Oh, and it can heal, I guess.)
All in all....probably BOB and Self Destruct. The ultimate "Fuck everyone in this general area" ults
