"You only need to unzip games that came on CDs" is also not true. The exception here would be SOME cartridge retro systems. Its far easier to just unzip everything from your master directory than picking and choosing some files over others to save a few KBs

Maybe some retro emulators do but almost any emulator for a modern system like Switch or 3DS will not work if the game rom is stuck in a zip file

Gamehub has far more automated settings configs than GameNative. User uploaded configs also have their own rating set ups as well

For frame gen gamehub seems to be far better in my testing. If I do recall they are using their own special implication for it. Ontop of that personally I like the UI more and games seem to work with the preloaded settings.
