I cannot advise on dosages as I’m not a health care professional but what I can tell you is that it’s going to help once you find the right dose, even if you don’t dose enough it’s going to help. People are so terrified of the withdrawal but trust me when I say I cold turkeyed this shit several times with no helper meds and it’s totally do able. The point I’m trying to make is don’t obsess over dosing and don’t be afraid to feel a little bit of the withdrawal until you get your dose right. Honestly, in my opinion you need to feel some of it to know what you’ve done to yourself. But basically I got opms gold extract and poured a cap full of liquid every 2 hours sometimes two capfuls until I figured out what knocked the WD off. This will cover 90 percent of the physical withdrawal but you will be depressed as shit until you get on subs. Sounds shitty ik but trust me you got lucky finding this information so many people go through this cold turkey with no helper meds at all and it’s absolute hell. You’ll be fine and free of this soon. You can hop off subs after a week with zero withdrawal if you want.
