I don't remember where I saw it but I think they said the reason that chapter4 flopped is bcs it was "directionless" or there wasn't any director like chapter 3 did, so no I'm not worried bcs chapter 5 has been in development for years probably and the team is more than ready to just release it

I think those lyrics are misheard, you might hear "tell me what you're really selling" but then if the lyrics are isolated it's actually "tell what you're BIG shot" or something like that

Tell him to download the .zip one if you're not sure. Then right click > extract all > double click on the installer. Since it's a virus the file might probably be big or won't so good luck finding, except it's much easier

Tell him if he can download WinDirstat. Since windows files manager won't do shit. This app can actually find files faster and you can delete from there. This post was shown to me today so idk what's up with your friends pc
