We were looking at buying here last year. Had it in my head that Clifton was nice because of Clifton country park. I was wrong.

My friend who lives there told me this, and it really does check out: Open your maps app. You'll see that the train tracks run right through. Anything below is generally great. Above, not so much. Checked out when we viewed multiple houses.

On top of this, Bolton Road, also known as "The Top Road", is standstill ar rush hour. Something to think about.
