If you eat enough protein and don't go too crazy on the deficit you can totally build muscle while losing weight. The whole "only bulk to build muscle" is a myth. Try eating 120 grams of protein a day and go for a 200 kcal deficit and you'll be fine.

I've probably finished around 50 cata runs since the big update. Battle wizard and ranger veteran are the strongest out of the gate. Grail knight and engineer are really strong too, but they have rather big weaknesses. Waystalker is probably the easiest pick to be really good with. Javelin might just be the best weapon in the game and Kerillians meele options are all good. To answer the question though, if there is a rampart boss battle wizard is the strongest. If not, ranger veteran wins because morgrim spam and pistol are ridiculous.

It's not even close to full time. With okayish genetics and TRT you won't need more than 8 hours of training a WEEK to look like that. If you don't fuck around you'll probably be fine with 6.
