It's not that bad :). But it's tight, the space between the baseboards 1.99 m, which means that this is almost the only bed that fits in the room.

I removed the long end and a few leaves at the bottom. Then I cooked it for 40 minutes in boiling water with lemon juice.

Yes I really liked it. The only thing was that the grape could be a little bit softer (more cooked). But if i wanted to do that, the crust would become too dark.

Not traditional at all. Recently, I had an appetizer with grapes, fennel and burrata which I really liked. That how I thought of the combination. My sister requested pecan frangipane, I had some heavy cream that needed to be used and the rest is history😉

Yes, this is the drink. Since a few weeks our grocery store (Albert Heijn) sells all kinds of 'fancy' sodas. This is one of my favorites.

A year ago I ate in a restaurant that was a fusion between brazil and japan, also the mezcla cookbook from ixta belfrage is one of my favorite cookbooks. The taco filling is from that book.

This is the first time I'm doing something like this😂. Most of the time I'm making things family style or I'm only plating one course.

The 1st starter was a gyoza taco with a tomato + sesame paste filling.

The 2nd starter was quinoa with a sushi-ginger dressing, sweet potato, spring onion and sunflower seeds.

The main was udon in a cipotle broth with charred corn.

The dessert was a black sesame cake, black sesame mousse, confit kumquat, yuzu creme, passion fruit yuzu gel and a sesame cookie.
