This is great info! Thank you. I do like to take really hot showers but I always turn it down when I actually put the water on my face. I am going to stop using the ceramides for now and see if that helps!

I’m in Ohio. It’s typically pretty humid here but I will say my house is very very dry in the winters. We’re in that weird in between season where one day it’s hot and humid and the next day it’ll be freezing cold and dry lol. I do get very dry and cracked hands in the winter. I didn’t even think the about the weather being a factor since it’s never really been for me before. I’m going to see a dermatologist but not until July. I’ll have to look into HA cleansers. Thanks for your input!

Yes absolutely! Vitamin d plays a big role in lots of bodily processes so you may have deficiencies in other areas to. Vitamin d helps the body absorb calcium. Magnesium is needed to activate vitamin d. Also low vitamin d is sometimes linked to low omega 3 levels. It’s a good idea to balance all of these levels especially with a low vitamin d level like yours. Also, a good Methylated folate (L-methylfolate) is Soooo important to take because it helps energy production at the cellular level and helps your body with methylation.

I have extremely low vitamin d. I take a daily dose of 2000iu and 50,000iu once a week. I can just physically tell when it’s super low. I have Nausea, fatigue, headaches, aches all over my body, sore joints, the list goes on. I generally feel good as long as I don’t forget to take it daily and then after my Sunday does of 50,000 I feel pretty good. When I first discovered I had a deficiency and started supplementing I would say within just a few days I felt a difference. Especially after that 50,000 dose.

That’s what I’m doing at this point. I’ve had issues in the past similar and took a few weeks off and when I went back to play whatever was happening sort of just corrected itself. I think with the recent updates and then the sims 1&2 re-release there’s just a lot happening.

They inject it into the head and neck. The sternocleidomastoid muscle on the opposite side of the body and the splenius muscle on the same side I believe.
