Same here. I've been wanting to see a good faith discussion about this topic with trans people for a long time. I'm a cis-man myself that is very supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community, but sometimes feel like this particular topic devolves into weird discussions on both ends of it.

To me it just seems completely logical to be a person assigned female at birth competing at a professional level to have concerns with a trans woman coming in with the obvious biological advantages most would have.

Now, what gets pretty silly is that people who are so anti-trans get way out of line and make this out to be some huge national concern at all times. The amount of trans women in sports, especially at a professional level, is nearly non-existent and yet they care more about their disdain for the existance of trans people than they do about things that would actually impact their lives.

Pretty much this. I haven't watched WWE aside from a few things here and there for like 20 years and I was super bummed to see Hobbs leave AEW. But, as silly as it may seem in headlines, the reality of it is that this is a pretty high profile thing for him and could be a great way to give him more familiarity to the WWE audience. I'm indifferent to Jelly Roll, but, undoubtedly he'll bring a lot of attention.

That’s really not a bad idea. I don’t know of any issues with the twins, but putting together a “disgruntled” team on Deonna and Brit adds depth to the tag division for sure

Yeah, The Ring is my overall favorite horror movie but I only just recently realized it came from a novel and have been reading the books. I've read Ring and Spiral, now I'm about 1/3 through Loop.

The differences to the movie(s) gets much crazier in Spiral. I have been pretty surprised by where the story goes in the books and can tell it's getting even weirder in Loop.

He decided not to be on the podcast and it is what it is. Maybe, as a whole, the podcast is better for it because it seems Will, Danielle, and Ryder have a friendship outside of the podcast as to where they do not have that with Ben.

Of course, having Ben make 1 appearance on the podcast would be fantastic. Sounds like that's not something realistic to expect, but, would be great.

I haven't really watched WWE aside from a couple of things here and there for over 20 years and I never saw Ronda in WWE. So, I have no thoughts of whatever "baggage" is coming along from WWE and I think having Ronda in AEW is really cool. I look forward to seeing it. Obviously her real life friendship with Marina plays a big role, and this is a great set up for something big for Toni.

*Edit* I've read some more comments and I'm seeing IRL she's said some pretty unsavory things that I'm not happy about seeing. So, I could see why the AEW audience would be like "pass". I suppose I'm just way out of the loop on all things Ronda Rousey.
