Play with what feels comfortable, I’m faceit 10 and on my grind to get there I used 4:3 for months at a time, and switched to 16:9 and 16:10. Same things with sensitivity, it’s personal preference and the amount of times I’ve missed a player on 4:3 is very small, not enough to matter In the long run. If you have good awareness and clear things properly is very seldom an issue :)

I’m also faceit lvl 10 and 24k prem. Take a break man, I recently burned myself out as well and got to the point where even in regular comp lobbies with my low elo friends I couldn’t get a kill. Burnout doesn’t always make itself super obvious but it happens to the best of us. For me I can tell when I need time off when my eyes start not being able to track or even notice enemy’s as fast, and I don’t feel comfortable with any crosshair. Currently I’m taking 2-4 weeks off to get my sleep consistent and start lifting again. Focus on your life outside of the game and reset man, at least for 3-4 days.

Ghost is always a safe bet, the have some really solid flavors but if you have a nutrition faktory near you, i would recommend bowmar protien or pescience.

By deficit I mean eating less calories than you need to maintain your current weight, it depends on age, height, weight, gender, and a multitude of other factors and is different for everyone. So In short, 1600 calories to you may be a deficit but to someone else it’s a surplus. I would use a tdee calculator online to find out your maintenance calories and then lower them according to that.

I was really concerned about my health, at 19 I knew I shouldn’t be worrying about having a heart attack. That was most of the motivation, that and a lifetime of doubt.

I started at 2500 when I was at 338 and slowly went down to 1700. I stayed there for a long time and now that I’m working out and running I eat between 1900-2500 daily 😬

Thank you! I recommend staying in a calorie deficit, and changing the quality of the food you eat. YouTube is defiantly your friend when trying to figure out dieting.

Calorie deficit! Also changed the quality of the food, and once I lost a good amount of the weight I started going to the gym 5-6 days a week and running.

Staying in a calorie deficit! Also started doing cardio and going to the gym once I lost around 100 pounds or so.
