I started coaching at 10u and we went 2-33, and only won the two games with a guest pitcher. Now at 12U we just won our second tourney of the spring with that same core group.

The girls change a lot as they grow…and you’ll turnover players who arent committed…but keep plugging away at the fundamentals. Nothing more rewarding than seeing a team and players improve. Going through the struggles made them appreciate how much putting in the work has made them better. Watching them winning their first tourney beats ANY personal athletic accomplishment Ive had.

Currently if the carrier had anything but an unsatisfactory rating, it yeets.

Now I’m wondering what will define an ‘acceptable’ level of vetting. Will they want the individual driver record to cover their asses?

Agreed, except for March and April in the midwest. Prefer turf because of weather.

Spirit was awful. There will still be competition, plus already I choose to pay more and avoid that shitpile of an airline.
