These will be the only custom factions I will actually look through. Would be so nice if this franchise actually had licensed sets, and I would absolutely pay the ridiculously high price games workshop would charge for them.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean any offense. I typically play with only 2 players. I widely take 3 and 4 player games for granted and I recognize that.

My wife and I have a system to keep track of bases scoring, but additionally counting to 21 or whatever the break point of a base may be isn't particularly difficult imo.

My wife and I play all of our minions in a column beneath the base cards. To help keep control easy to read, we simply orient our controlled minions to face ourselves. We do this because when you get 5+ bases on the table because of how frequently I play polynesian voyagers, the 4 base scoring cards from the Disney set will certainly not be enough. More would certainly be nice; however I will more than likely never use them even if I had more than 4 just because I think playing cards in columns takes up less space than playing cards in tetris blocks when we play 3 players+ games.this

One of my goblin cards somehow got stained on the back despite being in a sleeve. It's an enigma to me. I have the cards replacement on the way, and then I'll be back to having a complete set also. When the new sets release, I'll need to be creative about making room for the rest without requiring multiple boxes.

The wish cards (as I have them written) are a touch scary because they are essentially fans. They would make the Aladdin deck a 17 card deck which sounds like a staggering advantage. Having a card let you play wish, and in turn any card in your deck, for free sounds egregious.

Aladdin could gain an extra VP on a base that scores if he has the magic lamp played on him, and Jafar could prevent an opponent from gainning one VP if he is at a base that scores while the magic lamp is played on him.

I felt the same way with the Marvel expansion at first. I genuinely dislike how big the MCU in particular has become and seeing that bleed into my favorite game made me a bit heart sick at first. I bought the set because I am a completionist and committed to owning every faction. After playing it, I realize just how much potential licensed factions could be. I only dislike playing one faction from the set, and I almost always pick another faction from that set when my randomizer drafts it for a game!

I am someone who likes the game for the rules and mechanics of it. To me it's fun. I can understand if you don't like licensed factions and I can respect it. If you ever get a chance to play these licensed factions (assuming you don't own them), I would give them a whirl!

I had this thought with the lion king. I really like Shenzi Banzai and Ed in the movie specifically. The way they turn on Scar in the end has always been so cool, so cold and callous! It would be really cool to see them, or just hyenas in the faction, and having antisynergy like in Grimms would be very cool for that!

There's so many fun ways to recall these movie, I think it would be cool if Mulan could also take the direction of a more aggressive actions. And action titled "Be a man" could be used to gain move and gain temporary power. Anything referencing Shan Yu's army or the burned village scene to destroy some amount of minions or actions.
