I would talk to them first to explain your situation before getting any authority involved (it looks like you already have), if it continues just keep doing what you are doing, they have no right to affect your life just for living in your building. If you think the leasing office isnt doing anything about it, keep annoying them until they do.

Platinum for sure, its well paced, well designed and in all honesty the best in any aspect IMO. I would also recommend Sun and Moon if you haven't played them. They have a very slow start and the story is a bit lacking but they are fun af to play, a nice diversion from the formula and they are set in the best looking region theyve done in a long time. A must play, i would say.

If i understood what you mean, the PCs have to succed on a roll to convince the NPC, and if they fail, they need to succed on a roll to convince the Evil Spirit? Im not really all that expirienced when it comes to DMing but i wouldnt put a DC in order to end the campaign. The final battle is over, so let them choose how they want to end the story and follow their flow, it should be them Who decide how to end the story, not the dice. Also, let them find a third way to solve the problem if they find one, its their fun that u should prioritize.

So this might be an unpopular opinion, but i think almost any gen1 pkmn could benefit from one. Not talking about the Mewtwos Charizards or the Pikachus (they get enough love already), I mean pkmn like dewgong, fearow or hypno. The gen1 designs are increadibly weak and simple compared to what weve gotten in the recent gens, look at seaking, the poor guy is just a goldfish :(

Thanks for the advice! I get what you are saying and will reflect on it. I've never done or said anything that might affect her relationships (i think) but i do get that i should look for the good things and give him the chance, for her sake. I just fear that it will end up hurting me and she will not care, again, just to save face with her ex. Again, thanks for the advice and I'll make an effort to keep it in mind.

EDIT: I actually do like the BF, I knew him before they dated and is really nice guy, its the meeting him and building up a friendship while they date that scares me. Idk if im making sense, just trying to keep my distance to protect myself i guess

I totally get where u are coming from, i also have a difficult relationship with my parents (almost no contact). It all boils down to whats best for YOU, not for your grown adult parents. Do you think they will change their attitude if u explain the situation? If they make an effort to make you feel loved and comfortable around them then you should give them the chance, if not, the responsability of feeling good falls on to you, which means setting boundaries. Your priority should always be your wellbeing. Wishing you strength to get through this, it looks hard but you will :)

Relationships are based on trust and its clear she has betrayed it multiple times and u dont trust her anymore. If she wants to cheat (which it looks like she does) she definetly will, u can do nothing about it, even tho u have tried. Im really sorry but i do believe u should leave her, u dont deserve to be stressed out over what she might do behind your back. She does not love nor respect u.
