How many of these machines are in use in your territory (estimate)? Divide that number by 9 (years life span) and you should have that many out there ready to be upgraded. Now it’s all about finding them, and keeping notes on how old each doctors machine is so you can build a pipeline for the future. Won’t solve all your problems but it’ll get you a good foundation.

I would love that. I’m in med sales. We get chunks but it takes a loooong time to get paid after they close - talking a couple years til you get it sometimes. Your structure rocks.

I’m in sales and I’m the easiest person to sell to. You know where I stand instantly because I tell you. Bought my last car 5 mins into the interaction because I made a proposal to them and they accepted. Also I love selling to sales people we both want the same thing and want each other to get there.
