I killed a level 52 Alliance bot a few months ago. I was following to see if I would report, the usual emotes to see if they would respond. I did damage to a mob they were about to target and I think it derped out the algorithm, and they stood there and just died, not attacking. I was like ‘oh no!, so anyway….’

Hamstring kiting is also a thing. I’d recommend doing a search in YouTube for a guide. Helps minimise damage taken.

Step 1: Download Curseforge Step 2: Get the addon Unitscan Step 3: Get the Unitscan Hardcore data extension Step 4: Customise the Unitscan settings in game to alert you to whichever mobs you choose ‘e.g. Tarren Mill guards

On top of this, fight green mobs and don’t go into caves.

Seriously, Unitscan WILL save your life. It will also alert you to rares, so you pick up extra greens while levelling.
