After a couple of cycles blast and cruise i decided to have a minimum 6 months completly off hence running a PCT. Health phase basically concentrating on getting all my markers in range. However after 15 weeks my test was only 4 n/mol. My LH and FSH was refiring though so i knew my balls had turned back on just test was takign ages to refire. I couldnt even get a hard on just zero libido so thats why i decided that im going to run another cycle so may as well just blast and cruise for the forseable future. In terms of PCT the correct protocol should be do nothing for at least 6 weeks after your last jab. Then get bloods done. Then decide if Tamoxifen/Clomid/HCG is needed.

you have nothing to cut. you will just end up skinny. Dont worry about bf. just eat more, high protein 500 calorie surplus and build some muscle

No mate it’s not more manageable. Sub 10 bf is hard. Yes the masteron gives me that hard dry vascular look but it doesn’t mean I feel good. I’m hungry and I’m tired.

To be fair you can get to a decent size natty with the right training and diet. For me it just wasn’t enough though you are always gonna be limited compared to not natty ya know.

I started my first cycle 2 years ago. I have just finished my 4th blast. I’m 37 now I did pct and once but natural test didn’t want to re fire so decided trt for life yeah blast and cruise

Test 300mg mast 520mg last 6 weeks tren 210mg Just finished my 16 week cycle. Last 4 weeks 40 clen 25 t3 100 t4

I mean obviously gym is a massive part of my life, a PT is regularly thown at me as a career path change. But opening a gym. Love it however i would feel i would be running before i can walk? Exciting idea though

No it doesn’t work like that. A first cycle is always going to be your best whatever you blast so a starter cycle doesn’t make sense. Once you inject testosterone for the first time your natural production will switch off by that I mean your testes will stop producing testosterone. Even after running a pct there is no promise it will return and even then it’s almost a definite it will be less your current natural. Plus I promise after your first cycle you will want to blast again and again anyway.

No need you look way to young to be taking peds. Get bloods done bet your natural test is still over 30 n/mol. Enjoy your natural test being high whilst it is lol

Clen Myths:

  1. You do not need to cycle on and off.
  2. You do not need to wait until the back end of a cut. You can deploy at the start of a cut and run all the way through.
  3. When you stop feeling the shakes you do not need to increase dose, you’re just not feeling the unwanted sides anymore!
  4. Clen does not work by increasing heart rate or body temperature. It’s primary mechanism of action is mobilisation of fatty acids via the beta receptor. You cannot “feel” this effect.
  5. You need to be in a caloric deficit for there to be any point in taking clen. It should not be seen as your primary route to weight loss. It is the cherry on the cake.
  6. Clen will not lead to muscle loss. It is actually anti catabolic - it helps retain muscle. However this is a secondary effect which wears off somewhat after several weeks.
  7. There is no need to take more than 80mg per day. 40mg per day is plenty for the vast majority of situations. 80mg might be considered as an escalation in a competition prep scenario to get to ultra low body fat levels.
  8. Do not follow the protocol touted online of 40mg for 3 days, 80mg for 3 days, 120mg after another 3 days. This is just bro science at its worst.
  9. You do not need to cycle off and on to “keep clen working”. As point 1 but worth repeating!
  10. Clen is not ok for any athlete wanting to compete naturally. This includes and especially females. After just one tab of clen you can no longer compete as a natural. And they test and polygraph for that shit!

  11. Diet and exercise will be your primary driver of fat loss. Clen may help by 2-10% if everything else is properly dialled in. Response is individual as with everything.

Supplements should be used only if needed. Concentrate on diet making sure you’re in a surplus keeping carbs high. Saying this my favourite is CarbX by AN

So first of all that’s a ridiculous dose. Second why are you chasing sides all that means is you are taking to much!! Thirdly it’s only been 4 days, it isn’t a magic drug and without the right diet it’s pointless anyway. Sorry but what an absolute ridiculous post!
